One of the biggest things to get used to is trackpad scrolling. i.e. on a laptop
Pushing fingers from middle to top of the the pad takes me to the top vs pushes the page to the top. I suppose, with touch phones, we’ve gotten so conditioned to push the paper around vs use a scroll bar. This trackpad behavior is so foreign, I believe that M$ Windows has followed suit with the phone/tablet behavior.
NOTE: This is KDE Plasma 5.23 on Slackware15.0

Remember Slackware is traditional. it uses init.d / RD.d << {Slackware Config how-to}; Its a little extra typing, but just call the command via /etc/rc.d/rc.xyz instead of service xyz or systemctl xyz
